Job summary

GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Administrator to support motor insurance processes at our Macpherson location.

You will prepare repair estimates, type and submit GIA reports, and handle initial motor insurance claims with insurers. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess strong administrative and documentation skills, and have experience in claims administration, preferably in the automotive sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims administration, preferably automotive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong admin and documentation skills.
• Experience with claims processing and motor insurance claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare repair estimates and submit documents for claims.
• Type and prepare GIA reports and submit motor insurance claims.
• Manage day-to-day claims administration and assist with ad hoc duties.
