Job summary

Pathlight School, the first autism-focused school in Singapore, invites a Psychologist to join Autism Intervention, Training & Consultancy (AITC). You will support students with autism aged 7–18, focusing on skills, work habits, self-regulation and social communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Master’s degree in Clinical or Educational Psychology or related field.
• Registered with Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or eligible for full registration without supervision.
• Demonstrated interest in autism and commitment to supporting autistic learners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cognitive assessments and write reports for Access Arrangements in national exams.
• Prepare reports on Mental Capacity for deputyship.
• Develop assessment processes and support transitions for students.
• Provide coaching and training to educators and parents on autism interventions.
• Collaborate with school leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
