Job summary

Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) (ARC(S)) operates the Employability and Employment Centre (E2C) to provide job training and placement for individuals on the autism spectrum in Singapore. The Job Support Assistant role supports coaches and case managers to implement structured programmes and facilitate client success at various worksites.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma or GCE A levels.
• Travel to offsite worksites, possibly multiple locations per day.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Desire to learn about autism and help individuals with special needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized coaching plans with autism-friendly strategies under supervision.
• Prepare documents, reports and communication materials for stakeholders.
• Provide job training and support at external worksites to clients.
• Develop knowledge and skills through department meetings and trainings.
