Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Audit Associate to conduct fieldwork across multiple sites as part of our annual audit programme. You will perform process walkthroughs, document reviews and testing to assess compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

You will interview personnel, verify evidence, review action plans and prepare comprehensive audit working papers. Travel to various locations and strict adherence to deadlines are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in related discipline.
• Experience in audit, compliance, or governance preferred.
• Certifications in audit/assurance are an advantage.

• Strong report-writing, observations and evidence skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of audit reports and summaries of audit findings.
• Ensure audit activities are carried out professionally, objectively and in accordance with established methodologies and timelines.
• Support coordination of audit activities across multiple locations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance, Law Enforcement, Public Administration or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in audit, compliance, internal controls, operational assurance, quality assurance, governance, risk management or investigations is preferred.
• Relevant audit, compliance or assurance certifications will be an advantage.
• Able to conduct structured interviews, review records, analyse documentation and assess evidence objectively.
• Strong report-writing skills with the ability to prepare clear, concise and factual observations and findings.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Comfortable conducting site visits and fieldwork across multiple locations.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently while maintaining objectivity, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
