Job summary

At Adler Singapore is seeking a Senior within Audit to meet client commitments by executing audits and completing files within the engagement timeline. You will supervise associates and coordinate planning to completion with high quality.

You will identify audit issues from basic analyses of financial statements, develop strong client relationships, and mentor junior staff. The firm supports ACCA/CA progression and offers on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accountancy or ACCA/professional qualification completed.
• Preference given to Chartered Accountants in Singapore.
• Minimum two years of audit experience with knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written English; good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform audit engagements and supervise the associates on the team for audit engagements.
• Coordinate the audit engagement from planning to completion within the stipulated time frame and with the required expected level of quality.
• Identify potential audit issues or unusual relationships from basic analysis of the financial statements and communicate them to the assurance team.
• Develop strong working relationships with the client and the client staff involved.
• Delegating to junior team members, provide on the job training and provide feedback.
