Job summary

At Adler in Singapore is seeking an Audit Assistant to support and assist Audit Seniors in planning, executing and delivering assurance engagements. You will document procedures, carry out simple audit assignments, and maintain clear communication with senior team members.

You'll work as part of a team, build cordial client relationships and benefit from on‑the‑job and formal training as part of our Accredited Training Organisation path toward Chartered Accountant, Singapore.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of audit experience.
• General understanding accounting and Financial Reporting Standards.
• Understanding of auditing requirements.
• On the job and off the job training are provided. Our Firm is an Accredited Training Organisation registered with the Singapore Accountancy Commission, which supports your path to become a Chartered Accountant, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Audit Seniors in the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements
• Documenting the execution of specific audit procedures as defined by the engagement objectives, audit client's engagement history, and planned audit approach
• Carry out simple audit assignments provided
• Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the audit client's environment
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
• Develop and maintain cordial working relationship with client personnel
