Job summary

Ernst & Young LLP Singapore is seeking a capable audit professional to join our external audit team. You will support planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements for private and mid-market clients, applying rigorous quality standards and professional skepticism.

The role requires a completed professional Accountancy qualification (ACCA or ICAEW) and a minimum of 3 years of external audit experience, including recent work within the past two years.

Your key responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements.
• Clearly and accurately document the execution of specific audit procedures as defined by the engagement objectives, audit client's engagement history, and planned audit approach.
• Recognize potential audit issues or unusual relationships from basic analysis of the financial statements and communicate them to the assurance team.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A completed professional Accountancy qualification (i.e ACCA, ICAEW)
• Minimum 3 years of external audit experience, including recent external audit experience gained within the past two years

Ideally, you’ll also have

Prior working experience in global professional services organization or mid-tier firms will be highly advantageous
