Job summary

KPMG in Singapore is a leading global professional services firm delivering Audit, Tax and Advisory services. The successful candidate will join a collaborative audit team to understand client businesses, perform audits based on planning, and document evidence and conclusions with a focus on risk and quality.

We seek a candidate with a recognised degree in Accountancy and professional qualifications, 1–4 years’ experience with listed clients, and strong communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in Accountancy and/or professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent.
• Excellent communications skills, strong analytical skills and excellent business acumen.
• Brings along 1-4 years of experience in handling a portfolio of listed clients.

Responsibilities

• Working in teams to acquire an in-depth understanding of our client’s business;
• Carrying out the audit based on audit planning, prepare appropriate audit work papers;
• Understanding the relationships between objectives of the audit sections, the need for the sufficiency of audit evidence, and presentation of the conclusions
