Job summary

A leading audit firm in Singapore seeks an Audit Professional with at least 5 years of experience, including supervisory experience. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting and ideally hold CA Singapore or equivalent qualifications. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office is essential. The role emphasizes knowledge of auditing standards and aims to contribute to client base growth. Big 4 experience is preferred, and candidates should be ready to start at short notice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in auditing with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in handling auditing and financial reporting standards.
• Minimum of 5 years in auditing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, currently in the audit profession preferred.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Singapore FRS; knowledge of US GAAP is a plus.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Salary commensurate with work experience in auditing.
• Able to start on short notice is advantageous.
• Goal to contribute to the Firm and grow the Firm's client base.
• Strong technical knowledge is an advantage.

Job description

1. 1. Audit professional with one or more of the following qualifications:
2. 1.1 Bachelor degree in Accounting;
3. 1.2 Possess CA Singapore Qualifications will be an advantage;
4. 1.3 Possess other professional accountancy qualifications from recognized accountancy bodies that are recognized in Singapore including ACCA / ICAEW /Singapore CA/ CPA Australia or equivalent;
5. 2. Big 4 audit experience preferred. Candidates from the mid-tier audit firms will be considered.
6. 3. Minimum of 5 years in auditing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role and currently working in the audit profession preferred.
7. 4. Knowledge and competent to handle all auditing areas and the International Financial Reporting Standards and the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Knowledge and experience of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles will be an advantage.
8. 5. Required language: Fluent in verbal and written English.
