• Manage and supervise audit fieldwork to ensure thorough examination of financial records and compliance with auditing standards.
• Review audit work papers prepared by audit staff to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to firm audit methodology.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports that communicate findings and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
• Supervise daily activities of audit staff, providing guidance and support to ensure quality and timely completion of audit tasks.
• Develop audit staff by coaching and mentoring to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations for audit staff to support continuous improvement and career development.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to facilitate collaboration and resolve audit issues.
• Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify risks and propose practical solutions during audits.
