Qualifications

• Engineering knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in automotive tech or related fields.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail in written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with bus technologies, especially EVs, is an advantage.
• Interest in public transport sustainability and commuter experience.
• Willingness to complete medical declaration or assessments.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance compliance audits for PTOs.
• Investigate bus incidents, identify root causes, and implement safety measures.
• Review PTO maintenance plans for asset management standards.
• Assist in bus fleet electrification specs and first article inspections overseas.
