Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) seeks a Deputy Manager, Audit & Compliance to join a dedicated team ensuring Singapore's bus fleet remains safe, reliable, and sustainable for all commuters.

You will conduct maintenance audits, support investigations into bus incidents, and review maintenance plans while contributing to fleet electrification efforts and new bus procurement checks. Strong engineering knowledge and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in automotive tech operations or related fields.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with bus technologies and fleet operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance compliance audits for PTOs against Work Instructions, OEM-regimes, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and contracts.
• Investigations into bus-related incidents and accidents to identify root causes and preventive measures.
• Review PTOs' maintenance plans to ensure asset management adequacy.
• Support electrification efforts with specifications for new bus procurement and overseas inspection checks for first article.
