Job summary

Capgemini Singapore is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to design, deploy, and support mission-critical infrastructure for ATM solutions. You will develop architectures, BoMs, and test procedures, while collaborating with global teams to ensure secure, scalable systems.

Expect engagement across design reviews, validations, and training sessions, with a strong emphasis on automation and standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, CS or related discipline.
• 7+ years designing, implementing, and supporting complex server/storage/virtualization/network infra.
• Strong Linux and Windows Server expertise.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Proxmox virtualization.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes/OpenShift and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD).
• Solid networking understanding and system integration experience.
• Experience in mission-critical or highly regulated environments.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to work in multicultural teams and manage priorities.
• Advantageous: Cisco CCNA/CCNP, ATM domain knowledge, Systems Engineering quals.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and support mission-critical infrastructure platforms for ATM solutions.
• Develop and maintain solution architecture, BoMs, design specs, and test procedures.
• Support system integration, testing, validation, and deployment in factory and customer environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable infra solutions.
• Identify risks and propose effective mitigations.
• Provide technical expertise during customer engagements, design reviews, and training.
• Support bid activities through infrastructure design, sizing, and cost estimation.
• Drive automation, standardization, and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements across engineering.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, security, and operational standards.
