Job summary

ADOMITA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support secure, mission-critical network architectures for ATM-related projects.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, project delivery, and stakeholder coordination across complex environments. You will configure and deploy network infrastructure in factory and customer sites, maintain architecture docs, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring high quality and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering/IT/CS or related field.
• Professional networking certifications such as CCNA/CCNP.
• Minimum 5 years in network engineering or infrastructure roles for complex real-time systems.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise network and infrastructure architectures.
• Strong knowledge of network security principles, standards, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems (RHEL).
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (Shell, Perl, TCL/TK).
• Demonstrated experience leading small engineering teams and coordinating deliverables.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, test, and support network solutions for ATM systems and related projects.
• Develop and maintain network architecture documentation, BOMs, interface definitions, test procedures, and integration artefacts.
• Configure, validate, and deploy network infrastructure in factory environments and customer sites, ensuring successful handover to software integration and operations teams.
• Support system upgrades, configuration changes, troubleshooting, and readiness activities.
• Provide technical expertise in network architecture, cybersecurity-aligned designs, infrastructure engineering, and system integration.
• Lead design reviews, identify technical risks, and mitigation strategies and alternative solutions.
• Deliver customer training and provide technical support throughout project delivery and acceptance phases.
• Lead and coordinate network engineering activities, including prioritisation, effort estimation, progress tracking, and QA of team deliverables.
• Support project planning, roadmap development, milestone achievement, change management, and stakeholder communications.
• Act as the primary technical contact for the engineering team and ensure CM and engineering processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security requirements, and health, safety, and environmental standards.
