Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leverage market insights and financial/operational data to identify value creation opportunities across portfolio companies.
• Oversee planning and execution of value creation initiatives post-investment.
• Manage Day 1 readiness, 100-day plan, and governance for new acquisitions.
• Collaborate with the investment team on due diligence and assessment of value creation potential.
• Develop and refine financial models for value creation, forecasting and capital structure optimization.
• Mentor team members and monitor performance metrics for senior management reporting.

The role sits within Keppel's Infrastructure business segment, working alongside the investment team to drive growth, efficiency, and performance improvement post-investment.**Key Responsibilities**- Leverage market insights, financial and operational data to identify and prioritise value creation opportunities across portfolio companies.- Oversee the planning and execution of value creation initiatives at portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with the firm's investment thesis and delivery of investment outcomes.- Manage post-deal integration and transition of newly acquired portfolio companies, including Day 1 readiness, execution of the 100-day plan, and governance setup.- Collaborate with the investment team on due diligence of target investments, assessing their value creation potential.- Review, guide and maintain the development of financial models to enable value creation planning, forecasting, and capital structure optimisation.- Guide and mentor team members to support their professional development and enhance team performance.- Monitor and report on business, financial, and operational performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on value creation progress.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management, or a related field, or equivalent.- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience; a background in management consulting, business operations and strategy, or post-deal integration is an advantage.**Location & Platform**Based in Singapore, within Keppel's Infrastructure business segment, Fund Management platform.Apply for this Position
