United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking an Associate, Strategic HR to help shape the future of work through enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives. You will work with senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and culture change across the Bank.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, human resources, business transformation, analytics, organizational development, employee experience, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional projects, transformation programmes, or strategic business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic HR Transformation: contribute to high-impact initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, workforce capabilities, employee experience, leadership effectiveness, and culture across the Bank.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to identify trends and inform evidence-based decision making.
  • Drive employee experience initiatives across the lifecycle.
  • Enable change and transformation: partner with teams to adapt to new ways of working.
  • Improve HR processes using technology, analytics, and innovative thinking.
  • Develop strategic recommendations and present to leadership.
