Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Skilled Facilities Administrator to manage complex maintenance and repairs, ensuring service levels and safety standards are met. The role may involve informal team leadership under the Facilities Manager.

You will coordinate with building services, security, cleaners, and other stakeholders, maintaining records and updating the maintenance database to support smooth daily operations. This is an on-site role in Singapore with exposure to a global technology leader.

Responsibilities

• Checks requests are carried out in line with the service level agreement.

• Documents and reports on maintenance and repair requests to management.
• Coordinates routine maintenance and repairs schedules.
• Keeps maintenance database updated and maintains stock levels.
• Liaises with internal and external stakeholders including building services, security, access control, and cleaning staff.
• Escalates non-performance to management.
• Performs tasks as required by management.

Your day at NTT DATA

The Skilled Facilities Administrator is responsible for managing more complex general maintenance and repairs within the organization. This role ensures that all maintenance and repairs requests received within the organization are carried out in line with the service level agreement. This role may act as an informal team leader as required by the Facilities Manager / Leader.

Key responsibilities:

• Checks that all maintenance and repairs requests received within the office environment and related buildings are carried out in line with the service level agreement.
• Provides support with the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities.
• Checks that daily building inspections and ensures that all work undertaken conforms to the Health and Safety Act.
• Documents and reports on in progress, new and/or completed maintenance, and repair requests to management.
• Coordinates routine maintenance and repairs schedule.
• Provides support with ensuring that the tasks are completed according to the schedule and update and maintain the maintenance database.
• Ensures that buildings, offices and equipment are maintained to the required standards and that service levels are met.
• Provides support to ensure that all office facilities, tools, equipment, and stock (office consumable) levels are maintained and securely stored.
• Liaises with all internal and external stakeholders including building services management, security, and access control and cleaning staff.
• Escalates non-performance of internal and external stakeholders to the management.
• Checks all contractor documentation and maintain records such as permits, leases and correspondence on behalf of the business.
• Performs any other relevant tasks as required by management.

Academic qualifications and certifications:

Required experience:

• Solid demonstrated experience gained in a similar role and preferably a related work environment.
• Previous team leader experience preferred.
