Job summary

Incisive Law LLC in Singapore is seeking motivated lawyers to join our Dispute Resolution practice. We welcome Associates (NQ to 3 PQE) and Senior Associates (4 to 5 PQE) who will handle a broad range of dispute resolution matters and work closely with our directors on complex cases.

You will draft and file court documents, conduct legal research, assist in mediation and arbitration, manage case files and timelines, and contribute to case strategy.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in and representing clients in mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
• Managing case files, documents and procedural timelines.
• Attending client meetings and assisting with client communications.
• Working closely with Dispute Resolution directors and clients on case strategy and risk assessment.

The successful candidates will be involved in a broad range of dispute resolution matters and will have the opportunity to work closely with our directors on complex and challenging cases.

• Working closely with the Dispute Resolution directors and clients on case strategy, risk assessment and the overall conduct of matters.

Requirements

• Qualified to practise law in Singapore;
• Based in Singapore; and
• Relevant dispute resolution experience (commensurate with the position applied for).
