Incisive Law LLC in Singapore is seeking motivated lawyers to join our Dispute Resolution practice. We welcome Associates (NQ to 3 PQE) and Senior Associates (4 to 5 PQE) who will handle a broad range of dispute resolution matters and work closely with our directors on complex cases.

You will draft and file court documents, conduct legal research, assist in mediation and arbitration, manage case files and timelines, and contribute to case strategy.

Responsabilités

• Managing day-to-day conduct of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Drafting, reviewing and preparing court documents, pleadings and submissions.
• Conducting legal research and analysing relevant legislation and case law.
• Assisting in and representing clients in mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
• Managing case files, documents and procedural timelines.
• Attending client meetings and assisting with client communications.
• Working closely with Dispute Resolution directors and clients on case strategy and risk assessment.
