Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, Engineering, PM, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Waterfall and Agile approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• PMP certification advantageous; CSM/CSPO a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders and vendors to initiate projects with clear goals, scope, deliverables, schedule and budget.
• Assemble and lead the project team and drive execution.
• Facilitate meetings, promote collaboration, and remove roadblocks across regions.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain budgets and monitor spending to meet financial targets.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and PMO.
• Handle day-to-day project operations and ad-hoc tasks.
