Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to coordinate delivery of IT projects in Singapore.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define goals, scope, deliverables, schedule, and budgets, and prepare a robust project management plan. You will assemble and lead project teams through execution, promote collaboration, manage risks, and keep clients informed with regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related fields.
• 1-3 years of project management experience.
• Practical knowledge of software development lifecycle, and waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Eye for detail and ability to foresee roadblocks or risks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• PMP certification, CSM, CSPO are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate projects with internal stakeholders and external vendors, define goals, scope, deliverables, schedule, cost, and payments, and prepare a project management plan.
• Assemble and direct the project team and drive execution.
• Lead effective meetings, promote collaboration, and clear roadblocks across regions.
• Identify risks early, analyse impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish budgets and track spending to stay within financial boundaries.
• Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and ad-hoc tasks.
