Job summary

The Associate Product Manager at Moleac is responsible for supporting the development and execution of product and brand strategies to drive commercial performance and strengthen Moleac's brand equity.

You will collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, and other internal teams to support global and local marketing initiatives, engage with healthcare professionals, and monitor campaign performance across markets, delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
  • Strong scientific acumen and ability to interpret clinical data.
  • Experience or interest in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or healthcare marketing.
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
  • Experience in developing scientific or promotional materials is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and implementation of product and brand strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Develop scientific and promotional materials from clinical data and market insights.
  • Drive global campaigns and adapt them to market-specific initiatives.
  • Ensure materials are used across markets and train teams and partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create brand strategies and execution plans to drive revenue.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects across Marketing, Medical, Sales, Regulatory and external partners.
  • Establish KPIs and monitor ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop dashboards to track product performance and campaign progress.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve initiatives.

The Associate Product Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of product and brand strategies to drive commercial performance and strengthen Moleac's brand equity. The role combines strategic marketing, scientific communication, campaign execution, stakeholder engagement, and performance analysis.

Working closely with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, and other internal teams, the Associate Product Manager will contribute to the development of global and local marketing initiatives, ensure effective implementation across markets, and support engagement with medical societies, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.

Job Profile

The Associate Product Manager is responsible for the following key areas:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of product and brand strategies in line with the company's commercial objectives.
  • Developing scientific and promotional materials based on new clinical data, market insights, and business needs.
  • Driving the implementation of global campaigns and adapting them into effective market-specific and localized initiatives.
  • Ensuring promotional materials are appropriately utilized across markets and that relevant teams and partners receive adequate product and campaign training.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to develop brand strategies, marketing initiatives, and execution plans that support revenue generation and sustainable growth.
  • Planning and facilitating internal meetings and training sessions to ensure product strategy, key messages, positioning, and tactics are clearly understood and consistently delivered.
  • Conducting market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify opportunities and support effective marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing and promotional materials, KAM activities, stakeholder engagement initiatives, and other marketing programmes.
  • Establishing appropriate KPIs and measures to evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards to monitor product performance, campaign progress, key initiatives, and potential issues.
  • Gathering feedback from internal teams, partners, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to continuously improve marketing initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with medical societies and providing ongoing support for relevant projects and collaborations.
  • Developing and strengthening relationships with local and international Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinating cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Medical, Sales, Regulatory, and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Supporting other product management, marketing, and business initiatives as required.
Job Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about pharmaceutical marketing and product management and who can:

  • Translate scientific and clinical information into clear, compelling, and compliant promotional materials.
  • Develop high-quality product training and effectively communicate scientific and marketing messages to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of Marketing Brand and Execution Plans in line with overall Brand Strategies.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives from planning through implementation and performance evaluation.
  • Analyze market information, campaign performance, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Work effectively across multiple functions and markets in an international environment.
Basic Qualifications
  • Preferably a degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or another relevant scientific discipline .
  • Strong scientific acumen and ability to understand and interpret clinical and scientific information.
  • Experience or strong interest in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or healthcare marketing.
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
  • Experience in developing scientific or promotional materials will be an advantage.
Competencies Required
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken , is essential, particularly for the development of scientific, promotional, and training materials.
  • Ability to speak another language relevant to Moleac's international client base will be an advantage.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Commercial/Sales, Regulatory, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively within a team.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, proactive, and accountable for delivering results.
  • Creative mindset with good negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
