Job summary

Moleac is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead and execute scientific events globally from Singapore. You will develop impactful programmes, manage relationships with KOLs and speakers, and ensure events support Moleac's strategic and commercial goals.

You will establish KPIs, monitor performance, and collaborate with Medical, Sales, and Regulatory teams to optimize events and drive measurable impact in a fast-paced, multi-lingual environment.

Qualifications

  • Preferably degree in Pharmacy/Science; Postdoctorate would be a plus.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent command of English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy and objectives for scientific events and meetings, aligned with marketing/scientific strategy.
  • Coordinate scientific programmes, agendas and symposia with KOLs and speakers, coordinating with Medical and Marketing teams.
  • Identify, engage and maintain relationships with local and international KOLs and speakers; expand speaker network.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and affiliates to plan and execute events from concept to post-event follow-up.
  • Ensure events deliver high-quality, engaging content aligned with market objectives and audience needs.
  • Establish KPIs for events and implement dashboards to monitor performance and ROI.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track event performance and highlight improvement opportunities.

Associate Project Manager - Job description

Location: Singapore

Reports To: Vice President, Head of Global Marketing

Overall Purpose of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position):

The Associate Project Manager has the primary responsibility for developing and driving the strategy and execution of the company's scientific events and activities, including international and local scientific meetings, symposia, round tables and other scientific engagement initiatives. The role is responsible for developing impactful scientific programmes, managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and speakers, and ensuring that scientific events support the company's strategic and commercial objectives. The role also includes establishing appropriate KPIs and processes to monitor event performance, measure engagement and assess return on investment.

Job Profile of Associate Product Manager
  • Develop the strategy and objectives for each scientific event and meeting, in alignment with the company's overall marketing and scientific strategy.
  • Develop and coordinate scientific programmes, agendas and symposia, working closely with KOLs, speakers, Medical and Marketing teams.
  • Identify, engage and maintain strong relationships with local and international KOLs and speakers, and further develop the company's speaker network and speaker bureau.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and affiliates to ensure the effective planning and execution of scientific events, from initial concept through to post-event follow-up.
  • Ensure that scientific events deliver relevant, high-quality and engaging content aligned with the objectives of each market and target audience.
  • Develop and maintain the global speaker bureau, including identifying potential speakers, mapping expertise and supporting speaker engagement and development.
  • Provide guidance and support to affiliates in developing market-specific scientific events and programmes, while ensuring alignment with global strategy and standards.
  • Establish appropriate KPIs for each event and scientific initiative, including participation, audience engagement, stakeholder development and other relevant measures.
  • Implement a standardized process to monitor and measure event outcomes and return on investment, including post-event follow-up and longer-term impact.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track event performance, identify opportunities and highlight areas requiring action.
  • Analyze event performance and stakeholder feedback to identify learnings and continuously improve future scientific activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Basic qualifications
  • Preferably degree in Pharmacy/Science degree, Postdoctorate would be a plus
  • Scientific Acumen

Competencies Required
  • Excellent command of English (oral and written), allowing developing material, is an absolute must
  • Ability to speak another language relevant to client base will be an advantage.
  • Successfully partnering and working with other functions such as Medical, Sales and Regulatory
  • Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated, disciplined and pro-active
  • Creative with good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve customer queries and problems immediately. Maintain good relationships with Healthcare Professionals
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously and drive change
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible/adaptable to rapidly changing priorities
  • Ability to work in a multi-lingual and multicultural environment where collaboration isa key value
  • Has strong analytical skills, be able to set KPIs and monitor them closely
