Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an Associate Engineer in Process Safety to assist in hazard analysis and design safety layouts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering with 0-4 years of experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong communication skills and proficiency in safety software such as Hysis are essential for this role, which offers the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

  • 0 to 4 years of experience in HSE Engineering.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn project safety engineering scope.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Process Hazard reviews and analysis.
  • Carry out analysis and design of PIDs and safety layout drawings.
  • Support coordination with Third Party consultant for safety studies.

Skills

Collaboration with cross functional teams
Strong oral and written communication skills
Knowledge in Process software (e.g. Hysis)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

Education

Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
