Job summary

SILICON BOX is seeking a Process Associate Engineer in Singapore to support engineering and daily production activities reliably and efficiently. Candidates with related experience in Semiconductor and LCD processes are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities include assisting Process Engineers with recipe setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, data collection, and ensuring machine process integrity. Shift flexibility is required to cover day and night rotations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Microelectronics Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 1 year of process experience in Lithography.
• Able to work in both day and night rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Process Engineers in process recipe setup and qualification for production.
• Assist with process monitoring and improvement.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Perform lots on hold and disposition.
• Engineering data collection.
• Other ad-hoc activities.
• Ensure process integrity for machines in production.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production area.
• Coordinate with line operators/supervisors to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and SOPs.
