The role focuses on deploying, configuring, training, and supporting cybersecurity products, while upskilling toward senior technical positions.

Ideal applicants have 2 years of IT/cybersecurity experience, knowledge of modern security infrastructures, and a proactive learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT, IS, Cybersecurity; Associate Engineer considered
• Strong understanding of security infrastructures and technologies as listed in job requirements
• Willingness to upskill and obtain technical certifications as applicable

Responsibilities

• Deploy and provide professional services for cybersecurity products
• Provide workable solutions based on customers’ requirements
• Conduct product training for customers, partners, and internal teams
• Perform installations and configurations independently using product manuals
• Upskill and obtain technical certifications for handled products
• Become a subject matter expert and support maintenance teams
• Provide technical assistance to sales and support teams in various situations
