Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Merchandising professional to support the development of seasonal assortments across WHS, DTC, and partnerships.

You will translate product strategy into assortment architecture and work with Planning to support MFP, including product and sales analysis for revenue and margin goals. You will coordinate pre-season GTM calendars, align with country teams, monitor trends, and maintain data accuracy for assortment changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of merchandising, buying, or planning experience (retail, footwear, apparel, consumer goods preferred).
  • Good commercial awareness with basic understanding of product lifecycle, assortment planning, and channel segmentation.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized with data, timelines, and follow-ups.
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel, with experience using merchandising, planning, or reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of seasonal assortments across WHS, DTC, and partnership channels, in line with global direction and regional needs.
  • Assist in translating product strategy into clear assortment architecture and segmentation by channel.
  • Work with Planning to support Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP), including preparation of product and sales analysis to support revenue and margin goals.
  • Coordinate the pre-season GTM calendar, product launch flow, and key seasonal milestones with guidance from the Senior Merchandising Manager.
  • Consolidate country and market feedback for Regional review to support final product line decisions.
  • Support seasonal kick-offs and cross-functional alignment with country teams by preparing materials, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Monitor consumer trends, competitor activity, and product opportunities to provide insights that support assortment recommendations.
  • Maintain assortment lifecycle updates, including adds, drops, and changes, while ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Support booking reviews by preparing analysis, tracking feedback, and ensuring alignment with merchandising strategy and financial goals.
  • Partner with the Visual Merchandising team to review store capacity requirements and support preparation for each seasonal buy.

What You'll Bring to the Table
