We're building an agency for what's next, and we're looking for a confident, commercially-minded Associate Manager / Manager who's ready to take real ownership of client relationships and creative output.
This is a role for someone who's moved beyond execution and is starting to think like a strategist. You understand how communications shapes reputation, drives business outcomes, and earns trust in complex, high-stakes environments. You're as comfortable in a client meeting as you are in a brainstorm, and you know that the best work happens when earned media, digital, and ideas are working together.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the client relationship
- Own day-to-day client relationships with confidence and build the kind of trust that keeps clients coming back.
- You'll manage projects end-to-end across PR and digital workstreams, anticipate needs before they're raised, and ensure every piece of work that goes out meets the standard the client expects.
Drive PR strategy and execution
- Lead media and influencer engagement across your accounts by developing story angles, building and nurturing journalist relationships, writing and overseeing pitches and press releases, and ensuring coverage is strategically earned, not just hoped for.
- You stay close to the news cycle and know how to find your clients' place in it.
Drive integrated communications
- At this level, you're not just managing channels. You're shaping how earned and digital work together to deliver real business outcomes.
- You'll lead the development of integrated campaign strategies, oversee content and platform performance, and bring a point of view on what's working and what needs to change.
- You're fluent in social listening, analytics, and paid social, and you use that fluency to sharpen strategy, not just report on it.
- You understand how communications investments translate to business impact, and you're comfortable having that conversation with clients.
Grow the people around you
- Mentor junior team members with generosity, sharing not just the what, but the thinking behind it. You help build a team that's more confident and capable because you're in it.
Contribute to growth
- Stay sharp on industry trends, contribute meaningfully to new business pitches and proposals, and look for organic growth opportunities within your existing accounts.
Work smarter with AI
- Use AI tools as a genuine part of how you work, not as a shortcut, but as a craft. Whether it's researching faster, drafting sharper, finding a better angle, or streamlining your workflow, you bring an AI-native mindset to everything you touch.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience across PR, digital marketing, social media, or integrated communications
- A strong track record managing client relationships and delivering campaigns end-to-end
- Solid understanding of both PR/earned media and digital channel ecosystems (social, paid, SEO, analytics)
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of your everyday workflow for research, drafting, ideation, and streamlining work
- Strong written and verbal English with an eye for quality and detail
- A natural collaborator who can lead up, across, and down with ease
