Job summary

Ninemer Communications is a boutique PR and digital marketing agency looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional. You will be the main client contact, shaping social media content, and guiding digital projects from concept to delivery.

You’ll ideate, write captions, storyboard reels, and edit videos, while collaborating with a creative team to ensure timely, high-quality outputs. The role emphasizes strong English copywriting, project management, and the ability to balance multiple

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in any subject is acceptable.
• Min. 2 years of experience in digital or social media marketing.
• Good command of English and ability to copywrite for social media purposes.
• Attention to detail and quality control of content.
• Ability to create social media content and perform design editing with Canva and CapCut.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients as the primary day-to-day contact.
• Proactively generate new ideas to ensure client success.
• Be part of account teams in ongoing social media and digital projects.
• Strategise, plan content calendars, and develop social media content including captions, storyboards, scripts, reels, filming and editing.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Manage community interactions and escalate issues on clients’ social pages.
• Create and manage monthly reports to derive actionable insights.
• Research the latest social media trends and tools to stay current.
• Support in new business proposals.

Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Attention to detail - proofreading, editing andquality control of content from others
