Job summary

Avanade is seeking an Associate Manager, Back-End Development with banking wealth management domain experience to lead solution design and delivery on banking and financial services engagements. You will guide development teams, own technical quality, and work closely with client stakeholders on mission-critical wealth platforms.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end delivery of .NET-based solutions, mentoring developers, translating requirements into design, collaborating with architects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs.
• Experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment platforms.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of software development strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server
• Must have experience within the Domain of wealth management, private banking, or investment platforms, e.g., portfolio management, client onboarding, order management, or advisory workflows
• Solid understanding of integration patterns (REST, messaging, batch) in banking environments

Good to Have

• Exposure to core banking or wealth platforms (e.g., Avaloq, Temenos, or in-house wealth systems)
• Experience with Southeast Asian banking clients
