Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development with 3+ years as a technical lead.
• Strong hands-on in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server.
• Domain experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment platforms.
• Solid understanding of REST and messaging integration in banking contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of .NET-based solutions — architecture, design, code quality, and deployment.
• Guide and mentor developers; conduct design and code reviews.
• Translate wealth/banking requirements into robust technical designs.
• Collaborate with client architects, BAs, and delivery managers on solution decisions.
• Support estimation, sprint planning, and technical risk management.
