Job summary

First Plus Asset Management is seeking an Associate (Legal Counsel) to join its in-house team in Singapore. You will provide broad legal support for operations across Southeast Asia and China, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and handling corporate secretarial matters.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and is qualified to practice in Singapore or another common-law jurisdiction, with at least 2 years PQE and Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and Singapore or common-law qualification.
• At least 2 years PQE.
• Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) for China-related work.
• Fund-management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities
