Job summary

Dell Technologies in Singapore is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team and help customers by explaining product features, configurations, pricing, and availability. You will deliver technical solutions to meet needs via phone, chat, web or email.

As part of the Next Generation Sales Academy, you’ll train for 2–3 years, with a path to Inside Sales Representative and beyond, carrying a quota and shaping your career in data centers, AI, and digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in sales or customer service.
• Proficient in English and local language.
• Willing to relocate to Dell Technologies Hub locations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter, collaborative, coachable.

Responsibilities

• Be immersed in the sales and technology industry, qualifying opportunities to drive company revenue.
• Engage with NGSA management, inside sales, field sales, renewals, and development teams.
• Participate in whiteboard and group competitions and meet metrics expectations.
• Drive growth and innovation within data centres, generative AI, and digital infrastructure.
• Maintain strong verbal and written communication with customers and teams.
