Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Growth & Business Operations analyst to join the Singapore Mobility team.

You will report to the Manager, Growth & Business Operations and tackle high-impact strategic projects using data analysis, SQL/Python basics, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize revenue, profit, and service health. Based onsite at One North, you will partner with Product, Regional Mobility Strategy, Partner Operations, Marketing, and Public Affairs to deliver actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Consulting, Tech, Strategy, Project Management roles (especially in tech companies / startups).
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel, with readiness to pick up SQL and Python.
• Experience translating complex data analysis into actionable business strategies and presenting them through PowerPoint.
• Track record of quickly identifying root causes of problems and working with a multidisciplinary team to propose creative solutions.
• Proven project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills; adaptability to pivot between strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities

Get to Know the Team

The Growth & Business Operations team oversees and grows the Singapore Mobility business (e.g., JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCar Premium). This includes formulating and implementing strategy around demand (passengers), supply (driver-partners), pricing and marketplace, while also undertaking product rollouts and special projects.

Get to Know the Role

You will report to the Manager, Growth & Business Operations. We are looking for someone possessing structured problem-solving and project management skills to join the team. Projects managed by the team often involve analysis using large datasets and deriving insights to formulate high-impact solutions.

The role will be onsite and based in the One North office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Support planning and analysis of high-impact strategic plans. This includes conducting research and data analysis, such as demand, supply, and pricing. Additionally, it involves identifying issues and solutions to optimize for business objectives, including revenue and profit growth, as well as service health.
• Provide project management support for strategic plans, involving skills such as project planning and coordination, communication and stakeholder management
• Work in a team to solve business-critical issues through rigorous analysis utilising basic SQL / Python and AI tools, big picture thinking with consideration for operational detail
• Implement initiatives with attention to cross-functional requirements, collaborating with teams across Product, Regional Mobility Strategy, Partner Operations, Marketing / Comms, Public Affairs etc.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Academic track record with a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field
• 1 or more years of experience in Consulting, Tech, Strategy, Project Management roles (especially in tech companies / start ups)
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel, with readiness to pick up SQL and Python.
