Job summary

The Growth & Business Operations team oversees and grows the Singapore Mobility business (e.g., JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCar Premium). This includes formulating and implementing strategy around demand (passengers), supply (driver-partners), pricing and marketplace, while also undertaking product rollouts and special projects.

You will report to the Manager, Growth & Business Operations. We are looking for someone possessing structured problem-solving and project management skills to join the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Consulting, Tech, Strategy, or PM roles.
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel, readiness to pick up SQL and Python.
• Experience translating complex data analysis into actionable business strategies and present them through tools like PowerPoint.
• Track record of quickly identifying root causes of problems, and work with a multidisciplinary team to propose creative solutions
• Proven project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Must be highly adaptable and able to pivot quickly between strategic planning and tactical execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for strategic plans, involving skills such as project planning and coordination, communication and stakeholder management
• Work in a team to solve business-critical issues through rigorous analysis utilise basic SQL / Python and AI tools, big picture thinking with consideration for operational detail
• Implement initiatives with attention to cross-functional requirements, collaborating with teams across Product, Regional Mobility Strategy, Partner Operations, Marketing / Comms, Public Affairs etc.

Get to Know the Team

Get to Know the Role

You will report to the Manager, Growth & Business Operations. We are looking for someone possessing structured problem-solving and project management skills to join the team. Projects managed by the team often involve analysis using large datasets and deriving insights to formulate high-impact solutions.

The role will be onsite and based in the One North office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
