Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is looking for an IT support professional to provide technical expertise and assistance in Ang Mo Kio. This role includes system installation, configuration, and support for clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Higher NITEC or Diploma in IT, has basic cybersecurity knowledge, and a Class 3 driving license is preferred. The role is on a contract basis for up to 2 years, with working hours from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide MHA customers with timely, professional, efficient and effective technical expertise on system and network support.
• Perform system installation, configurations and administration on multiple in-house applications
• Provide onsite technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware for designated clients and locations

• 8:30am – 6.00pm, Monday – Friday
• Salary based on qualification
