A leading retail organization based in Singapore seeks an experienced leader to manage the Forecasting and Replenishment Team. This role involves establishing efficient processes for fresh produce, training staff, and driving collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance availability, cost, and efficiency. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business or related fields, along with relevant industry experience. The position offers an opportunity to make impactful changes in an essential department.
This Role will lead the Forecasting and Replenishment Team and Overall Process/Efforts for Fresh.
He/She will lead the team of planners responsible for the end-to-end planning, focussing on establishing the right processes and systems, training and supervising of staff to achieve our goals with regards to availability, cost and shrinkage, etc.
He/She will do so in collaboration with various stakeholders, by driving the multifunctional efforts to work on the above stated priorities.
The Role will require to drive change management and optimisation in processes, staffing and capabilities and conflict management to resolve possible conflicts of interest, that may arise as part of the integrated planning process/drumbeat.
