Novartis Asia Pacific Pharmaceuticals Pte. Ltd seeks an experienced Region Value & Access Therapeutic Area Head for Oncology in APMA.

This role translates global strategies into local access plans, leads cross-country collaboration, and guides pricing, HTA, and payer engagement to ensure timely, sustainable patient access across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa markets. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive launch readiness, and build regional capabilities in HEOR,

Qualifications

Advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, business administration; MBA advantageous.
15+ years pharma industry experience with leadership in market access, pricing, reimbursement, or health policy.
Proven track record of developing and executing access strategies with cross-functional teams.
Experience engaging payers, HTA bodies, health authorities, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute regional V&A strategy across Therapeutic Area in APMA.
Lead launch readiness contributions for access and cross-functional risk planning.
Leverage dashboards and insights to identify high-impact opportunities and payer engagement.
Influence pricing decisions with regional inputs on pricing, profitability, and cross-country pricing.
Shape external environment with Public Affairs and reimbursement pathways improvements.
