Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a Retail Unsecured Lending Product and Portfolio Manager to drive growth and profitability of the local unsecured loans portfolio. You will develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies for targeted client segments, and monitor portfolio and campaign performance to identify opportunities and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

The Retail Unsecured Lending Product and Portfolio Manager is an individual contributor responsible for driving the growth and profitability of Singapore’s retail unsecured loans portfolio. The candidate should develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies for targeted client segments, monitor portfolio and campaign performance to identify opportunities and improvements and build the business case for product, process and system enhancements. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the candidate is also expected to respond to channel and client feedback, and ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory, risk and conduct requirements.
