Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited seeks a Retail Unsecured Lending Product and Portfolio Manager to drive growth and profitability of Singapore's retail unsecured loans. You will develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies for targeted client segments, monitor portfolio performance and campaign results, and build the business case for product, process and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• The Retail Unsecured Lending Product and Portfolio Manager is an individual contributor responsible for driving the growth and profitability of Singapore's retail unsecured loans portfolio. The candidate should develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies for targeted client segments, monitor portfolio and campaign performance to identify opportunities and improvements and build the business case for product, process and system enhancements. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the candidate is also expected to respond to channel and client feedback, and ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory, risk and conduct requirements.
