Perennial HR PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced recruiter to join at Principal Consultant or Associate Director level.

You will build your own specialist market within Banking & Financial Services across APAC, with the freedom to work from home or the office and set your own hours. You’ll manage client and candidate relationships, develop new business, and run assignments from brief through to placement with dedicated research support.

Qualifications

• Can manage clients independently

• Wants ownership of their market across APAC

We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join us at Principal Consultant or Associate Director level and build their own specialist market.

This is an opportunity for someone who knows how to recruit and doesn't need to be managed through call targets, office attendance or endless KPIs.

You'll manage relationships with clients and candidates, develop new business and run assignments from brief through to placement.
