Job summary

Perennial HR PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced recruiter to join as Principal Consultant or Associate Director, to build their own Banking & Financial Services market across APAC.

You will manage relationships with clients and candidates from brief through placement, supported by a dedicated researcher. You’ll have the freedom to work your way: choose your own hours, work from home or the office, travel overseas if needed, and own your market with autonomy—no mandatory KPIs or micromanagement,

Qualifications

• Proven track record in recruitment or executive search.
• Experience building and owning a market across APAC is a plus.
• Ability to manage client relationships independently and win business.

We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join us at Principal Consultant or Associate Director level and build their own specialist market.

This is an opportunity for someone who knows how to recruit and doesn't need to be managed through call targets, office attendance or endless KPIs.

You'll have the freedom to develop your own specialism within Banking & Financial Services.

You'll manage relationships with clients and candidates, develop new business and run assignments from brief through to placement.

You'll also have dedicated research support, allowing you to spend more of your time developing relationships, winning business and managing searches rather than doing everything yourself.

We're particularly interested in recruiters with experience across Banking, Financial Services, Asset Management, Insurance, Private Equity & VC’s, REIT and Alternative Investments and Commodities or functional specialist like technology in Banking & Financial Services

• Can manage clients independently
