JET RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a strong leader to work alongside the Director, guiding the team and driving the company’s strategic goals. The role involves managing project P&L, overseeing delivery, and ensuring policy implementation across the organization.

You will engage clients directly, mentor staff, monitor performance, and actively participate in Office Departments/Committees and events while upholding the DP Philosophy and Core Values.

Responsabilités

• Works hand-in-hand with the Director in managing the team
• Drives and achieves the business and corporate goals set out by the Board of Directors
• Assists the Board of Directors in the effective implementation of policies and operations of the company
• Responsible and accountable for his/her project P&L
• Functions as a Project Designer or as Team Leader
• Responsible for the management, servicing and delivery of projects
• Provides guidance on design/project development and project administration
• Engages client independently and maintains client's confidence at all times
• Assists the director in developing and mentoring the team
• Monitors team members' performance and provides feedback for improvement or encouragement
• Involves actively in Office Departments/Committees and events
• Embraces and promotes DP Philosophy and Core Values
