Job summary

NCS is seeking an Associate in Cyber Security Governance, Risk & Compliance to monitor security alerts and manage incidents across Azure environments in Singapore. You will work with Defender for Cloud, Azure Sentinel, and related tooling to protect cloud workloads, coordinate with service teams, and drive remediation actions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 3 years in Azure cloud security.
• Proven track record securing enterprise-scale Azure environments.
• Strong knowledge of zero trust architecture, IAM, and PAM solutions.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and securing CI/CD pipelines.
• Scripting and automation proficiency (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
• Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
• Understanding of network security concepts: VNet, NSG, Private Endpoints, ExpressRoute.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day security monitoring on alerts including NG AV/EDR and custom alerts.
• Investigate alerts and coordinate with users on suspicious activity.
• Operate NextGen AV/EDR solutions (CrowdStrike) and basic admin tasks.
• Incident management: raise and coordinate tickets with Microsoft, AWS, and CrowdStrike.
• Analyze logs from cloud-native protection (AWS Shield, etc.).
• Configure and deploy Azure Monitoring Agent configurations.
• Upgrade cloud workload protection and NG AV/EDR to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Support vulnerability management in GCC and GCC+ environments.
• Monitor GovTech governance tool Cloudscape and remediate violations.
