Job summary

Singtel is seeking an Associate in Commerce Configuration & Operations to join a future-focused technology-led team. You will manage end-to-end commerce configuration across digital web and app journeys, including plans, promotions, pricing reflections and related customer-facing setup.

This role emphasizes readiness for weekly changes, validation, and first-time-right execution, plus governance of configuration quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital configuration, commerce operations or related digital delivery roles.
• Strong knowledge of digital configuration across promotions, pricing and campaign setup.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and documenting configurations.
• Familiarity with customer-facing digital journeys and governance.

How You will Make An Impact:

• Manage end-to-end commerce configuration execution across digital web and app journeys, covering plans, promotions, pricing reflections, campaign changes and related customer-facing setup.
• Drive readiness for weekly changes, launches and BAU requests through accurate setup, disciplined validation and first-time-right execution.
• Govern configuration quality and consistency by applying structured validation, issue resolution and adherence to agreed operating processes.
• Support migration and transformation readiness by managing legacy clean-up, new configuration setup and end-to-end checks across plan, promo, price and content reflections.
• Produce and maintain configuration documentation, knowledge materials and execution guidelines to reduce key-person dependency and improve delivery scalability.
• Provide enablement and knowledge transfer to PM, PO, configuration and UAT stakeholders to improve understanding of setup logic, dependencies and operational requirements.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital configuration, commerce operations, campaign setup or related digital delivery roles. Telecom or digital commerce experience is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of digital configuration across promotions, pricing, campaign setup, validation and deployment support in multi-system environments.
• Strong coordination, documentation, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive structured execution across multiple teams.
• Good understanding of customer-facing digital journeys, configuration governance, operational readiness and end-to-end reflection checks.
