Job summary

• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to rapidly develop understanding across a wide range of subject areas.
• Excellent writing skills, able to develop clear, coherent narratives supported by analysis.
• Sound judgement and strategic thinking with awareness of organisational context and operations.
• Practical, solutions-oriented mindset to develop proportional and effective recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills for senior-level discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with enterprise risk management, assurance, audit, policy development is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analytics, dashboards, or risk reporting tools is a plus.
• Singapore citizenship is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor developments to identify emerging risks and cross-cutting vulnerabilities affecting resilience.
• Develop enterprise-wide risk insights by synthesising diverse information for senior management and the Board.
• Prepare high-quality risk reports and briefing materials with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Lead coordination and review of annual risk self-assessments and assurance exercises.
• Strengthen enterprise risk management frameworks, governance, and controls.
• Analyse incidents to identify root causes and systemic themes for improvement.
• Support resilience and crisis preparedness initiatives across government
• Partner departments to reinforce risk awareness and accountability.
