Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking a manufacturing technician to analyze in‑line defect data, troubleshoot tools, and review YDD inspected lots. The role supports WIP control and defect-related activities across multiple teams.

You will check YDD scan maps and OOC points from SPC charts, and create recipes for defect inspection tools Rudolph and KLA. Diploma holders with 1–3 years Fab experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field.
• 1–3 years’ Fab experience; fresh diploma holders considered.
• Willing to perform 12-hour rotating shifts; permanent night shift advantageous.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Analyze in-line defect data from inspection and SEM review tools.
• Troubleshoot and shut down affected process tools based on data analysis.
• Perform review and lot disposition for YDD inspected lots.
• Ensure OOC lots are on hold for troubleshooting.
• Support process modules, yield engineering, process integration, and TD group for inline defect support.
• Check daily YDD scan map and OOC points from SPC charts.
• Maintain overall WIP control.
• Create recipes for Rudolph and KLA defect inspection tool types (Brightfield, Darkfield).
