  About the Role

  Learning Vision is part of Busy Bees Singapore and provides early childhood education and care through child-centred learning experiences. The Assistant Teacher will work closely with Class Teachers to support children's daily routines, classroom activities, learning experiences and overall well-being.

  Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Class Teachers in conducting daily classroom activities and age-appropriate learning experiences.
  • Support children during indoor and outdoor activities, playtime, meals, nap time and daily routines.
  • Provide individual attention and assistance to children according to their developmental and learning needs.
  • Help create a safe, caring and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assist with the preparation of teaching materials, learning resources and classroom displays.
  • Encourage children's participation in play-based and hands-on learning activities.
  • Observe children's behaviour, participation and developmental progress and share relevant observations with the Class Teacher.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organised and child-friendly classroom.
  • Support children's health, hygiene, safety and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with Class Teachers and other team members to ensure smooth classroom operations.
  • Maintain positive and respectful communication with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Participate in school events, learning journeys and centre activities when required.
  • Follow the centre's policies, procedures and child safeguarding practices.
