Busy Bees Singapore is seeking an Early Years Teacher for Learning Vision to nurture infants and toddlers aged 2 months to 3 years in a warm, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers.
• Create a warm, safe and nurturing environment that supports children's physical, social, emotional and cognitive development.
• Provide responsive care and support according to each child's individual needs and developmental stage.
• Encourage children's emerging communication and language skills through songs, stories, conversations and interactive activities.
• Organise age-appropriate activities that promote physical development, creativity, exploration and sensory learning.
• Observe and document children's development, learning progress and interests.
• Use observations to plan suitable learning experiences and provide appropriate support.
• Establish positive and trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding children's daily experiences and development.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic and well-organised learning environment.
• Support children's daily routines, including meals, rest, hygiene and personal care.
• Work closely with fellow educators and centre management to ensure effective classroom practices.
• Participate in centre activities, events and professional development programmes.
• Follow all relevant health, safety, safeguarding and centre policies.

  About the Role
