Job summary

DBS Bank Limited is seeking a Product Sales professional to provide relationship and sales coverage to an institutional client portfolio, focusing on banks and institutional clients across multi-asset solutions. The role involves onboarding new clients and expanding the existing base, with collaboration across FX, rates, fixed income, derivatives and equities.

The candidate will work with local and regional traders and research to generate daily ideas for Asian bonds, FX, and IR derivatives, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field with relevant global markets sales/structuring experience.
• Proven track record onboarding institutional clients and building engagement.
• Strong knowledge of treasury products including interest rate, credit and FX derivatives.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and Asian market nuances and trends.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide relationship and sales coverage to institutional flow clients (banks, official institutions, security houses, external asset managers).
• Acquire and engage new non-bank institutional clients while growing existing base.
• Engage across FX, rates, fixed income, derivatives, equities and customised solutions.
• Collaborate with regional traders and research to propose daily trade ideas for Asian government bonds, FX and IR derivatives, and investment ideas.
• Engage clients with face-to-face presentations and regular research seminars.

Responsibilities:

• Provide relationship and sales coverage to a portfolio of Institutional Flow type clients focusing on Banks, Official Institutions, Security Houses and External Asset Managers
• Acquire and engage new non-bank Insititutional clients while growing existing customer base
• Multi-asset engagement with these clients across FX, interest rates, fixed income, derivatives, equities and customised solutions
• Work closely with local and regional traders and research to recommend daily trade ideas for Asian government bonds, FX and IR Derivatives, Investment ideas and structured solutions
• Engage institutional clients with face-to-face presentations and regular research seminars

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree with relevant experience in Global Markets Sales / Structuring
• Proven success in onboarding institutional client relationships and building strong engagement
• Strong knowledge of Treasury products including but not limited to Interest rate, Credit & Foreign Exchange Derivatives
• Good understanding of the regulatory requirements, Asian market nuances and trends
• Self motivated and results orientated
